John first entered the training and development industry in 1986 and quickly become the #1 salesperson for his firm, offering leadership, sales management, and selling skills programs to his clients. Not only did he call on executives to sell the training, he personally facilitated 10,000 hours of training with senior and middle management teams over nine years. In 1995 he went on his own: speaking, writing, and consulting. He is the founder of QBQ, Inc., an organizational development firm based in Denver, Colorado, dedicated to helping organizations make personal accountability a core value.
A 1980 graduate of Cornell University, he is the producer of—and featured in—the multimedia training system QBQ!
